Above ₹3 lakh, regular agricultural loan rates apply. Now covers fisheries, dairy, animal husbandry. PM-KISAN beneficiaries automatically eligible. Over 7 crore active KCC accounts. Card features cash withdrawal, swipe at POS, online transactions for agri purchases.

Follow these steps in order. Each step is critical - skip none.
Use KCC for agricultural inputs (seeds, fertilizers, pesticides), labor wages, equipment fuel, electricity for pump, allied activities. Repay before due date (post-harvest) for interest subvention. Card valid 5 years - renew before expiry. Don't use for non-agricultural purposes (loan diversion = recall by bank). Maintain books showing how loan used. Multiple KCCs not allowed - one per family. Crop insurance via PMFBY automatic with KCC.
