• Government scheme details, eligibility, and benefits may change without notice
• Job notifications, dates, vacancies are subject to revision by recruiting bodies

5. No Guarantee

PMCare.org does NOT guarantee:

• Selection in any government job (we have no role in recruitment)
• Approval of any scheme application
• Disbursement of any benefit
• Accuracy of every detail at all times
• Continuous availability of the Service

6. No Fees

PMCare.org is 100% free. We do not charge for any feature. If anyone claims PMCare.org affiliation and demands money, it is a scam. Report to report@pmcare.org and Cyber Crime Helpline 1930.

PMCare.org links to external websites (mainly .gov.in / .nic.in). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or accuracy of external sites. Use them at your own discretion.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PMCare.org and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

• Use or inability to use the Service
• Reliance on any information posted
• Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in content
• Any actions taken based on information from PMCare.org

The PMCare.org name, logo, design, and original content are property of PMCare.org. Government scheme/job content is sourced from government public domain. All trademarks of government agencies belong to respective owners.
